Search for technological information: Revision of the state of the art of the invention on which protection is required both nationally and internationally. It includes the following aspects:

• Evaluation and review of the information provided by the client
• The search itself, in specialized databases of patents and scientific documentation and / or relevant and / or related to the subject
• Feasibility study of the protection through the most indicated modality.
• Final preparation of reports, based on reviews and studies that are part of the state of the art or state of the art.

Technological surveillance: Review of the state of the art of a product, process or procedure on which the client has a special interest for its commercialization in Colombia. Consider the following:

• Evaluation and review of the information provided by the client.
• The search itself, in specialized databases of patents and search in the database of the patent office in Colombia that corresponds to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). If it is necessary to request a formal search before said Entity, it corresponds to an administrative expense assumed by the client and would be in accordance with the rates in force in said Entity.
• Final elaboration of reports, based on the reviews and studies that are part of the state of the art where the client is informed if the product or procedure of their interest has a patent in force in Colombia and is freely commercialized.

Drafting of a patent application, According to the information given by the client. This part includes additional filing of the patent application (filing the application with the SIC and answering the examination requirement in a way that the SIC can carry out)
